VERMONT HOUSE BILL H.748 - ACT 175 - STUDENTS POSSESSING AND SELF-ADMNISTERING EMERGENCY MEDICATIONS
This law that allows students to possess and self-administer life-saving medications at school, school-related programs, on school transportation and at school sponsored events was signed into law by Gov. James Douglas at a public signing on May 28th, 2008. It becomes effective beginning in the new school year 2008—2009 and thereafter.
